Motorola NYXboard

This new Motorola NYXboard remote control combines a standard remote control device with a full QWERTY keyboard. It can control a television and a set-top box. The NYXboard has intelligent sensors that sense which side of the remote you are using in order to activate the correct buttons needed. It can help access the more demanding features of today's technology like navigating the Internet, or searching and locating shows through complex on-demand services.

This is one of the devices in a series of devices that Motorola has recently developed utilizing “super capacitors” that by a short charge of one minute by USB lasts up to two weeks of use. Many experts think this technology will be quite a success at hotels around the world because of that neat trick.
